Company practice leader in the field of electronic calendaring. Led the strategy, design and delivery of calendar features that will be a major component of the upcoming release of Microsoft Office Outlook. Worked across the company to evangelize calendar strategy, establish a cohesive cross-group "calendar story" and ensure Microsoft's role as a leader in electronic calendaring.

For the Outlook 2003 release, played a key role on the "turnaround team" that delivered a redesigned e-mail experience that has been acclaimed by customers and technology press alike. Developed the visual and interaction designs for new features, managed their implementation by working with large cross-functional teams, and drove the resolution of bugs and issues through the final release.

Cited as an inventor on four patent applications related to the Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 releases. Usage of Outlook is estimated at over 400 million users worldwide.

Developed creative briefs, information architectures, Web site prototypes, design concepts, site copy and production guidelines to ensure optimal finished product.

  • Set financial goals and developed budgets for the creative group. Though financial goals increased exponentially from year to year, they were met or exceeded each year they were set.
