Directed the design and delivery of Whole Foods Market's first e-commerce site, which featured tens of thousands of natural foods products and a pioneering online ordering system with advanced features such as one-click ordering, saved shopping carts and order tracking.

FranklinCovey

Led the pursuit team that landed the design work for a new Web site for FranklinCovey, which served up a blend of content and commerce to the site's 700,000 registered users.

Hyatt Hotels and Resorts Led the pursuit team to win Hyatt Hotels and Resorts' Spa Hyatt Web site project. Site created a "spa experience" online, utilizing audio and Macromedia Flash to profile each of Spa Hyatt's 17 destinations.
Vitamins.com

Within 12 weeks of launch, Vitamins.com was taking more orders per day than competitors MotherNature.com and eNutrition.com. Featuring full online commerce functionality for 15,000 SKUs and a modular design that allowed for partner-specific customization, the site achieved the highest conversion rate among the top 20 e-commerce sites on the Internet (Goldman Sachs, January 2000), as well as an extremely low cart abandonment rate of 39% - compared with an industry average of 65% (Boston Consulting Group, February 2000).
